Get Pegged is an alt-cabaret series. Designed as a platform to explore and expand notions of cabaret as inflected through performance art, dance, comedy, and art song -- in the past 3 years we've had artists including Penny Arcade, the Illustrious Blacks, Joseph Keckler, Erin Markey, Raja Feather Kelly, Joey Arias, Morgan Bassichis and Justin Vivian Bond among others. Set in La Peg (housed within the same building/campus as our theater) this series encourages experimentation within an intimate environment that fosters direct interaction with the audience.
